When I look at BG3, I see a superficial game. And yet, despite this, apparently quite a number of people like it. So what conclusion, exactly, am I supposed to draw?
I’m sure we all privately draw conclusions about each other, but when they involve concluding that others are superficial or have some other negative quality, they’re better left unsaid, please.
We want and see different things in games, and that’s fine. We can still show mutual respect and acceptance that other views than our own have merit. Or at the very least pretend to!
