I Expect that they will support BG3 heavily at least for the next 3 years, then they will keep on support for at least what?
While I don’t have insight into post launch BG3 plans I find it unlikely. Larian usually releases complete games and doesn’t sell extra content post launch - they are that cool. Traditionally they have been doing big updates about a year after initial release (which would coincide with console ports) but with simultaneous release for BG3, I don’t know if we can still expect that. My bet would be that some of the Larian will keep working on BG3 to perhaps provide some of the missing features and enhancements, while the rest will (and probably already does) work on the next project.
