Ha. They gave Viconica a fire giant belt conviently taking away one of her main weaknesses. Only 8th level spells? But, after TOB, she is like level 30+ with access to epic spells. Shameful.
My guess is that canon Viconia wasn't part of the main party and spent most of ToB in the pocket sphere.
That's why she never reached such a high level...
