I like the idea of it, sounds like a neat accessibility option. It could be triggered on demand if someone activates it.
However, giving away 3/4 of your agency to bots would mean that the game would pretty much play itself. At the very least in multiplayer you can discuss with others to form strategies, but having all these turns played very optimally without input would destroy any difficulty in the game. Kinda like letting bots like Stockfish play your moves in chess.
