I ..do not really understand the issue with the release date of 19:00?
I know there a still school vacations (depending on where you are), but a of of people do have to work, so an afternoon release makes sense.
And those that have free can probably play longer, I guess?
I mean, I can understand wanting it to release at early as possible, but 7 pm is not *that* bad - you make it sound like they are releasing at 11 pm or so..
Just start the download/update and then get your afternoon meal in and maybe a shower or so. Once you are back you should be ready to play until you go to sleep! =)
(at least that is what I plan ^^)
