I am thinking about starting the game as Lae'zel. Does it mean I'll have 1 less companion on the nautiloid?
I hope guys at Larian thought this out. Want to kill Zhalk badly, but it could be extra hard with only a party of three.

Another, unrelated, point. When I spotted your post on the sections menu it said 'posted 0 seconds ago'. By the time this page loaded your post said '44 seconds ago'. How shoddy is that?

Just leave Us at the heal thing. You can cheese that fight extremely hard by having Shadowheart heal the mindflayer every turn.

Back in my day...

IIRC in early early access, we didn't have Shadowheart available to us, just Us and Lae and it was pretty doable without having to cheat the system.

Unless you are on Tactician, you'll probably be fine.

Then there's the two tieflings who capture Lae'zel. How will that play out?
