Like the title says, I continuously crash while playing. Sometimes I can play for maybe an hour at the longest and other times I can't make it past the loading screen or through a cutscene. My video settings are at medium right now and I was wondering if there was anything else I can do to try and stay in the game.

Thanks,
Skittle

We are gonna need more information than that.

Specs, Storage drive type, space, how many space left, video card, system ram, operating system, version.

Direct x or Vulcan?

What else is running?

With the little info you offered, the only thing I can say for sure is that Direct X11 is more stable than Vulcan, which is notorious for causing frequent crashes within some setups and specs.

Right, my bad. I switched over to Directx before coming here and it sort of helped. Specs wise my processor is 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700 @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz, my installed RAM is 16.0 GB and I have 15.9 GB usable. My drive is a C with 465 GB space but only 27.86 GB free and my GPU is a NVIDIA DeForce RTX 3060 Ti. My operating system is Windows 10 unless I don't know what an operating system is and I only have Discord open when I try to play

step 1 = close discord while you play... with only 16G of ram your laptop can't walk and chew gum at the same time mate

step 2 = think about adding a bigger drive if you are keeping this system and [1 or 2t] m2 and split it into c for your os and d or g for your files and games

It's not a laptop if that changes anything. I play on a desktop

Play on Direct x 11 not Vulkan, Make sure your video card driver is up to date, thats very important. If its a Nvidia card, update via geforce experience.

Also try and not run any background programs, like discord, chrome, etc etc.

If none of those work, try setting priority of CPU below medium (thats not a crash thing, but it can help if you experience 3-5 sec freezes).
