Dwarves are the 3rd/4th most popular races behind humans, half elves, and elves. Hmm... what do those races in common. Clearly dwarves are more popular than most races in the game.
Also, the camera angle argument makes no sense since you can make a 'shortie' PC just fine and bang the bear and other npcs so clearly not an issue.
Dwarven npcs have been really popular. Varric from DA series is one prime example bring the only DA npc to be a companion in multiple games.
On top if that when you give players options there'll be most popular and least popular. Perhaps they should give players no choice and make them stuck with white human male warrior.
And, again, Dwarves are amongst the more popular races so yiu aren't even being honest.
So stop the racism.
