When you are aspiring to post of a politician, you dont wear shirt with writing "i serve the God of tyranny"
The thing is he already has total power, and it's not like he's trying to win people over to vote for him or anything. He really doesn't seem to have much in the way of reasons to hide as it doesn't seem like he he has much goodwill left to lose, which he almost certainly doesn't care about at this point.
