@FreeTheSlaves - Sory ... i have no idea what are you talking about. :-/

What is the result you are looking for? That they exit the game and story completely and you never see them again?
I thought i allready said that ...
But if you really need to repeat that:
My goal is to kick followers my character have problems with out of my camp.
For one of my playtroughs im thinking about Devotion Paladin, who certainly wouldnt endure any demon servants (wyll), undead (astarion), or evil deity worshippers (shadowheart).
The problem is, that i also dont want to kill them ... at least not every single one of them ... certainly not Wyll, probably not Shadowheart.
But my character woulnt know what they are ... so it would make sense to invite them ... only a little later, as we find out what they trully are. I just want option to react on it aproprietly in my character.
Character-wise, Lae would rather kill you than let you out of her sight. If you tell her go away, I'm sure she would try to kill you.
I dont think so, since when you decide to not recruit her, she simply let you go.
I think Lae'zel is that kind of person that would offer you a kill ... maybe even atempt it, as she did that night she thought you are changing.
But i doubt she cares about us enough to keep an eye on us, even tho we are changing to Mind Flayers ... her primary concern is herself imho, and that overrule anything else.
