Having said that - you are welcome to respond to the points I made when I responded to you. You did ask for serious arguments and pointing out that what you are requesting would probably result in the firing of a large chunk of the current devs which would result in a serious loss of institutional knowledge while taking on a huge amount of risk is a pretty solid point.
