I mostly agree. DOS2 was good but the ending choices all felt not great and kind of ended the game on a sour note for me. I hope they stick with D&D for the foreseeable future.
There is no good ending to DOS2, both in a moral sense of good, and in a storytelling sense of good. You just choose which people you want to condemn to damnation and whether or not there's a God.
