I look at at the map but I do not see the Islands of Hawaii on it or the time zone it is in?

It's 8 AM Pacific Standard Time. So I'm guessing 5 AM if Hawaii is three hours earlier?

They didn't list every time zone like Mountain and Central either.

I look at the map for start times and I do not see the Hawaiian Islands on the map or which time zone?
Also I never got notice for the collectors edition codes.
I bought early access that went along with game purchase.
