I immediately remembered Dragon Age II with system "friendship and rivalry".
I will even be glad if the characters will have their own opinion and not agree with me on everything. This will help me to believe that they are really "alive". But I really hope that I can win everyone's trust and at the end of the game it will help me get the best ending.
It is definitely in the game, jut bring Wyll, Lae', and Astarian into any morally grey conversation and you will see them disagreeing and commenting on your choices constantly.
