Barb is, I think the *only* class that genuinely needs to rely on STR. Not saying it can;t be done going Dex, but.. Particularly effective, it probably is not. You get STR bonuses from Rage - which is wasted on a dex fighter. You also rely heavily on throwing things [and/or people].
