And it irks me.
You can choose different d*** and different vaginas...but why not both? Where's my herm/futa option?

Slapping it together should be easy-peasy - just remove balls from the penis model and fuse it with the vagina/vulva. How can you call yourself inclusive when that is clearly missing? Herms actually exist (unlike some other things). So yeah, I'm taking it personally.

I'm pretty sure that thing only really exists with humans IRL. So, they'd have to model that specifically for humans, that no one will play becasue they ruined them.

Actually elves have quite a lot of gender fluidity going on, their chief god and I belive all their goods are male and female.

It's perfectly valid criticism. If something exist in the real world and there is interest in it, then it deserves representation.

There will be no need to lock this thread if everyone not interested in additional genital options in the game simply ignores it.

I’ll admit it’s not a feature I care about as I’m not planning to spend long enough looking at any PC’s rendered bits to be sure of details. If I wanted to play an intersex character, I’d be perfectly happy to just use the option to turn off display of genitalia so I’d not see what my characters had down below and therefore there’d be nothing to contradict my headcanon.

But if others for some reason care about seeing rendered variations on genitals in the game they can say so here, and as long as folk who don’t care for the option just let them get on with it, we can let this thread die a natural death once everyone wanting the feature has spoken.

Fair point. Polymelia may be very rare, but it does and has happened. We should be allowed 3 arms when creating our character. Not only would this be great for representation, it would also allow triple wielding!

This might be a dumb question, but wouldn't this topic be more relevant in the "Feedback" section of the forum?

Just re-emphasising that people not interested in this feature should ignore this thread. If you don’t like it, that’s the quickest way to make it go away.

Also, picking up on something that was mentioned while I was typing my initial response above that is a very fair point. A genuine desire to roleplay intersex characters is one thing and valid to talk about here. Fetishisation of them is another thing entirely, and neither something I want to see here nor in the game.

EDIT Another fair point I’ve just seen is that this should go in Suggestions & Feedback so I’ll move it.

(BTW, representation of different body types is something that has already been discussed in other topics, eg here so let’s not drift into that topic here.)

Based on what I've seen so far, overweight people are in fact not represented, no. The question then is if there's a demand for it. I'm sure it would help against getting shoved or thrown, as the game already considers weight when using those actions.

Ehm. It was my understanding that when this happens, surrgery happens at birth so as to not induce problems later on. So, technically, this isn;t something we see on adults.
