I have both - I have a VERY powerful rig - but as a matter of principle, this is terrible. My bottleneck ATM is more internet download speed and limits.
A shocking lack of optimization that is now common among modern devs.

In the old days, storage space and processing/GPU power was such a bottleneck that devs were getting very creative in optimization. I remember a 500kb 3D FPS.
Now? They don't care. Powerful hardware has become a crutch.
Compression and optimization is something they rarely think about anymore. 150GB? That's obscene. Is every single texture in the game uncompressed 4K? I don't even ever use 4K textures even tough I could. I just fail to see the point of graphic porn when the gains are so miniscule they are barely noticable. Especially for a isometric RPG - 99% of the game is spent watching from up high, not zoomed into a characters nostril, counting nose hair.

I consider is a black mark on the studio that they fail so spectacularly at optimization.
