I don't think it's quite as simple as changing an ini setting or throwing together a quick mod lol. You're asking for 3 ai to be programmed that are able to handle all possible fights, no matter what class/subclass/level they are. That would be a huge undertaking.
I guess if you made a very rough 'fighter ai', 'wizard ai', etc, but it would be very rough, and I assume you'd have to play on easy difficulty. Do we know what sort of modding tools Larian is releasing?
