If your wondering, go to nexus mods and commission a modder to do it, your looking at somewhere between 500-800 dollars tops..... often some will do it pro-bono if you can convince them it will make them a lot of money on Paetreon or find someone who will do it out of empathy. Good luck
I will pretend for a sec you are not making a joke. Who in their right mind would pay $500 to commission some internet rando to make a product for them? Like everyone else reading these forum, I have a gazillion Skyrim and Fallout mods in my installs. I never have and never will pay even the thinnest of thin dimes for any of them. If it's a relatively easy to make mod, someone will do it.
