One of the guys is a senior game designer - for D&D, not the video game ie he works for WotC
The other guy is the guy that does all D&D promotional interviews with Jeremy Crawford and as such is pretty well known in the D&D community.
They're not some dudes, this is an official D&D crossover, obviously trying to capitalise on the launch and get some cross marketing
