Hi Not sure this is the best subforum for this.
The game looks awesome and I'm excited to play it no matter what!
But I hope there will be more companions than the ones from act one ( I know there are hirelings but if they have no back stories it's a bit less intressting). I strongly thinking of playing a Dwarven cleric of Helm (Going to try to stick to LN (With good leanings) dialog options.
- But I see no Dwarven or Halfling or Gnome Companions (so I'll be the short one amongst tall people)
- Also, As cleric of Helm I'm curious what would be correct party
-Helm wouldn't get along with a Priestess of Shar, or wouldn't appreciate a vampire, Die Minthara! ( Maybe in a 2nd play through
), not sure what would be the thoughts on a Gith. That leaves Karlach, Gale, Wyll, Jarheira and Minsc. So I think I would need to respec someone into a thief.
For the romance option that leaves Karlach but not sure if that the one I'd like to play out ( I think more shadowheart).
So I'll probably try to have a balanced party and just play loose with the rules " Helm says it's ok for this time! to associate with Shar
