So ... There is that i gues.
Obviously i dont really know what Swen thinked by that. But as i see it there are two options:
- Either he means that two companions have originaly picked subclass ... and it can be changed to anything else we want. - Or he means that theese two companions have their subclass option locked and cant be changed. Wich is what i was reffering to.
That would mean that Wyll (presuming he is the other companion) can we respeced to Fighter ... since that is different class ... but if you give him level in Warlock, he have to be Fiend ... you cant make Wyll Archfei Warlock. Simmilar with Shadowheart ... if you wish to make her Druid, Fighter, Paladin ... you can ... but as long as she is Cleric, her domain is Trickery ... there is no way to make her Life Cleric.
That is how i read it. Ofc, if i read it corectly ... we will find out pretty soon.
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
