Based on datamining, a lot of work was done on this character... an origin character that was a werewolf, she went through being a gnome, and being a halfling, but you couldnt quite get the character right Larian.

Small-folk characters can be a struggle to get feeling right... well... I know the solution Larian, you can salvage a lot of the work you did on her.

you can bring her back...

Gnome, and Halfling, they were wrong...

The answer is... Goblin, give us a goblin were-warg/wolf origin DLC.

Her class? Monk, with special features that let her do slashing or piercing damage with unarmed strikes. the explanation for monk esoteric abilities, she had been attempting to master her beastial side through meditation and discipline.

Ooo, a Gobbo, I like it. Nok-Nok was just awesome.

But, I'll take Helia over that, as a Gnome, a Halfing, or even a Dwarf. Anything short, really.

Fear my wrath, for it is great indeed.

She was salvaged into Halsin.

Halsin was probably a placeholder while they worked on Helia and it turns out most people loved the himbo.

That's a shame. I like Halsin, but he's another elf.

Yeah, I get it. I mean, the soft-spoken hulk of a bear-chested, long-haired dude.... I kind of figured what he was for.

But, the romance stuff isn't really my thing, and *that* romance in particular will never happen in my game. I'd have preferred a halfling anyone, really. Just for the fun times.

But halsin isnt a werewolf, or short.

There is a story to tell with Helia that Halsin isnt going to tell.

Also before anyone brings it up, Goblins in the forgotten realms are not as ostracized as orcs are, they actually end up in society sometimes.

It seems like he is a werebear, not just a druid.

I don't wanna get my hopes up, but this is one of those theories I really hope turns out to be true.
