Peaking from my self imposed forum ban, just to let you folks now that hotbar has key shortcuts now (or maybe it had them for a while, and they are obtuse enough that I missed them).
Do you know the odd "custom" tab of your hotbar - the one you never uses. Put your skill in there, and you will see that they get shortcuts assigned. Those work regardless if the tab is selected or not. Have fun.
