During Co-op, me and my co-op partner are each controlling a Tav and have another character each to control, in this case I am controlling Shadowheart and my co-op partner is controlling Gale.

When I join conversations, if Gale is meant to weigh in on the conversation (my co-op partner is controlling him and listening in) then he doesn't join in, if he is under my control he does.

Any idea if there is a way to make this work apart from switching Gale between us all the time?

I've also since found that characters assigned to another player cannot interact with your conversation at all. If they are under another player (despite being nearby, even right next to the conversation) they do not intercede with their own dialogue, and they cannot use each others spells in rolls. I don't remember seeing this in EA, or is this always how it's worked?
