Hi! So I grabbed infernal iron for Red Mami Karlach during the events with the goblins. I didn't return to the grove until that conflict was resolved after the celebration party. During the party there was no option to talk about the infernal iron with Dammon but now he's no longer in the grove since the tieflings are gone. Did I miss something significant that will lock me out of Karlach's story? Is he somewhere else?

The tieflings leave for Baldur's Gate, so that's where he'll probably be.

Ah, thank you. I ended up reloading a save from just before the party so I could complete the first step of Karlach's quest.

In my storiline the tieflings leave for Baldur's Gate, so i suppose/hope that's where he'll probably be.
But unfortunately now i'm in the act 3 and in the forge of the nine he is missing, i don't know if i can solve the problem or not.

He's in act 2 at the town there. If you lose the town he's gone.

It's an inn not a town.

It is not semantics, an inn and a town are two entirely different things. The town in Act 2 is Reithwin and the OP will not find Dammon there.
