I decided to throw caution to the wind and try making a multiclass Monk build. There are options, and not many of them are good (for instance, Ranger doesn't get any Fighting Styles that benefit Monks using staves, etc). However, Monk/Thief is looking interesting due to how you changed Fast Hands to grant an extra Bonus Action. But Slow Fall and Second-Story Work are now completely redundant. It'd be better if you allowed Monks to use their original calculations for damage reduction from falling so that this redundancy wouldn't exist. Even aside from multi-class potential, there are reasons you may want to use damage reduction instead of resistance in D&D; for a Monk in RAW, they can usually take shorter falls that would damage them without taking any damage at all, allowing you to basically consider 15 or 25-foot drops the same way you'd consider 5-foot drops. With just resistance, you can't do that, especially with the Monk's D8 Hit Die.
