Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Minor bugs

I thought I would just post about a few things I have come across thus far. Sadly my memory kinda sucks so the context of each bug I cannot remember entirely.

1. A bug with wolf form of moon druid, I had literally just hit level 2 and picked my sub class. I turned into a wolf. Then swapped to my companion character with me for her level up screen. Came out of it and my wolf form was black. A reload resolved the issue.

2. Level up screen for shadowheart went technicolour like an old busted tv! I honestly can't remember much else beyond going into her screen and being baffled. I was trying out vulkan and had just restarted the game for that purpose. No similar issue since and I think they may have patched it already?

3. My githyanki companion whose name escapes me, she had no ui or ability to take action in combat. I was in the abandoned village. Every other character was fine, pressing spacebar to skip her turn did nothing. I had to reload to fix the issue. She joined the combat with 2 others later after mr vampire got caught sneaking.

4. body contorts in strange ways when on a slope.

5. body bugs out in combat after . Jerking around until the next turn where it returns to normal. A friend had the same issue when he took the same choice.

6. When talking to a companion in camp with another origin character and not my main custom character, the game just got stuck. I can only guess my main character was too far away for the dialogue to work properly so I was stuck in limbo unable to move and the dialogue would not happen.

I have had other bugs but I can't even remember them at this point, it's all a blur for my poor fish memory.

Maybe others can add their own list of things they have come across in this post?

These forums can be a great place to check to see if others are having the same issues as us, or if people have found a workaround, but I'd suggest that each bug is posted in its own thread with a relevant title as that will help people search for them in future. Though a themed thread for things like animation issues is certainly fine, and probably better than one for each individual issue of this type.

(To be clear, I'm not suggesting you repost your issues in separate threads, just that other folk don't continue it with their own problems.)
