Multi-classed wizards can learn spells of any level they have slots for from scrolls, even if they don't have the required wizard level for it. So a lvl 1 dip gives bards, clerics, sorcerers etx. access to the entire wizard spell list up to lvl 6,
But does this translate into the ability to prepare spells that the wizard would normally be unable to learn? In PnP, rules for learning and preparing spells are different. Even if the wizard can prepare spells s/he should not be able to learn, the number they can prepare should be limited based on their wizard level.
