Hello everyone just wanted to make you aware of a problem I am having.

My total character level is 5, I have 2 warlock spells lots that are 1st level. The game is treating Hex and the rest of my warlock spells as a 2nd level spells, and I can only cast them with My Sorcerer Spell slots. I can no longer cast my warlock spells with my Warlock Spell slots, I can only use them now for my sorcerer 1st level spells. I assume this going to get worse as I go up in Sorcerer level. I assume this is a bug hopefully this can be addressed.

What's your multiclass progression?

Warlock spells that are lower then your max spell level have to be manually selected to be cast. If you cast hex it will use your sorc spell slots. If you manually click on the purple spellslots it will show you a menu of your spells. Then it should work, if I understand your issue correctly. Just cast the spells from your menu not the skill bar

This is not possible because the warlock spells are bugged and do not appear in the warlock only menu. All warlock spells only appear in the sorcerers max level slot menu. In this case level 2 slots. It keeps increasing as you level sorcerer.

The problem is that the game does not recognise that warlock spellslots are different from the normal ones. This leads to such problems that you can't decide which slot I want to use. With me (2 level warlock and 2 level sorcerer) I can only use my warlock spellslots when my sorcerers are used up. At least when I want to use sorcerer spells. But according to the DnD rules, that is not really the case.

Hope that there is still a patch for this week comes

Is there no option to select the spell slot when clicking the spell?
for example my paladin/warlock Certain spells (not all) when i click to cast them. the hotbar changes and shows me the spell and a selection of either the lvl 1 paladin spellslot or the higher lvl warlock spellslot i have.

That's right. You can't even convert a Warlock spell slot into spell points until all Sorcerer spell slots have been used up first.
