25) Agonizing Blast doesn't add CHA mod to damage as it is supposed to.
26) The headband that increases INT to 17 doesn't always apply the INT mod to tests.
27) Allow creation of 3 additional non-vessel companions with full customization. (I know this was mentioned above, but it is worth saying twice.)
