I am getting the same problem
"The game has encountered an unrecoverable DirectX error and will shut down". This happens 100% of the time after just few minutes of play.
I'm not running any recording software, my windows is updated, my graphics driver is updated, and no other games I have played do this.
It also happens using Vulkan.
