14) Fix rogue sneak attack. At present, any source of disadvantage means no sneak attack. What should be, is that IF you have advantage OR ELSE if you do not have disadvantage and an ally is within 5 feet of an enemy THEN you can sneak attack.
This is actually just how Sneak Attack works raw. Any source of disadvantage means you can't Sneak Attack:
