Same issue. Used a 'fix' that included closing steam and running as administrator on the actual client and it worked for a little bit. Was able to run the game for about 30 minutes before I got the Lae'zel Conversation/Combat bug, then the game crashed. Did the 'fix' again, was able to run about 30 minutes, went to turn in a quest that jumped to a cutscene (Turned in the Myconid kill the Duergar quest) and the game crashed again.
I've probably had upwards of ten crashes tonight between all the various fixes I've tried, most are crashes on loading.
