to be clear, if you only take 1 level of wizard you get to pick two level 1 spells to learn as part of your level then you can scribe spells i.e, learn them for 100G of a spell level 1 or cantrips
in early EA a wizard could learn any spell they found a scroll for so you could have say heal but in release its only spells a wizard is allowed to know
