I tested respeccing a 9th level Gale into Tempest Cleric 5, Storm Sorcerer 2, Evocation Wizard 2:

Casts and prepares Cleric spells as a 5th level Cleric using Wisdom. Heavy Armor, Destructive Wrath / Channel Divinity / Destroy Undead

Casts 3 chosen Sorcerer spells. Two Sorcery points to fuel two metamagic options on also Cleric and Wizard spells. Tempestuous Flight from Storm Sorcerer.

Prepares 2+Int Wizard spells, but can learn and prepare spells up to 5th level. Retains all spells learned from scrolls, but loses those picked on level-ups.

Spell DC's are incorrectly displayed for all classes as using Int. Didn't test how they actually work.

The only wonky thing seems to be the Wizard part being able to prepare spells above the Wizard level. Assuming that's unintended since he can't prepare Cleric spells above 3rd. Why would only Wizard be exploitable?
