When i want to trade with Dammon with my highest Charisma Character, which is Wyll at the moment and Karlach is in the Party, Wyll is not the one trading to Dammon.
The dialog from Dammon just overides who spoke to Dammon first and he adresses Karlach then. In my case i spoke to Dammon with Wyll and the Dialog swung over to Karlach.
You can test this yourself, its repeatable behavior. It starts when at least "The Hellions Heart" Quest is available.
Workaround is to put all items on Wyll and walk only him to Dammon, letting the other party members staying at least 30meters away from Dammon.
It would be nice if in future patches is some solution to have exactly that partymember to talk to Dammon which we chose.
(Also Attitude from Shopkeepers is on Zero again after a short rest and or Longrest.)
