Please, anything *but* level-restricted gear. It's the single, most blue-balling mechanic invented in games. If I sweat and overcome some difficult thing to get a strong reward and I can't use it, I just lose all interest in the game and its challenges. Why bother.
You can use Withers to respect Karlach to warrior or whatever else suits your fancy if Barbarian is ruining your fun by being OP.
