Sleet storm says it douses fire, but it has zero effect on wall of fire.

Maybe because Wall of Fire is a magical effect itself with a certain amount of active turns?
Does it douse other fires?

It seems to only douse the ground fire effect, but what’s strange is fireball leaves behind the same ground effect and that can be put out with sleet storm. Surely they would be a magical effect to if it’s the case for wall of fire?

Fireball is a one-shot though, not a continuous effect.
my guess would be, that firewall is reapplied every turn until its duration runs out
