wait, really? thats more embarrassing than i thought. im not an expert with coding/game design/etc. but this sounds like something they could fix in the next bigger update. to be fair, now i kinda exspect it.
Yeah, there are two simple fixes to the issue, either:
Flesh out the Act 3 section of her quest, allow the Gondians to fix her heart for good for helping them, they clearly have the ability as hinted by like 3 different sources. Or just expand her Avernus ending, give us a scene postgame of Tav and Karlach in the House of Hope if you rescued Hope, or Doomslaying through the hells together, happy.
