During the Find The Missing Boots quest in the Underdark, the quest will softlock and bug the Duergar Leader NPC if the player talks to Thulla (the poisoned Gnome in the Mycoonid Village) BEFORE meeting and obtaining the quest from the Duergar at the Underdark Beach, causing him to constantly repeat his initial ambush scene and locking any further interaction with the NPC along with the next step for the quest.
