Fallenj, looking at the two you mentioned.
1) Playing an Origin character mid game like that could break the storyline for that character, the level of extra work needed across many aspects of the game to protect against that would be kind of messy I am sure.
2) The eyebrow color idea is interesting but not overly practical, however will add it to the list.
