How to get Minthara in your camp while siding with the druids:

To be fair, the Druids are alive.

I think, you can knock her out and her story unfolds as if you have sided with her. At least according to some player on Reddit. I haven't tried that, since I'm not interested in Minthara, but maybe try knocking her unconscious next time.
