So I just arrived in Act III and realized that Gale's romance is over for me, because no scenes triggered in Act II. Now when I talk to him, I have the option of saying something like "We had something, but we didn't act on it, and now it's too late."
He has never left my party, I talk to him every time I rest, and I did express romantic interest in him during the post-grove celebration and scene where you cast magic together. From what I've read, in Act II there is supposed to be a scene about books, and a scene where you actually do the deed(near the end of the Act).
I'm 58 hours in now, and don't even know how far back I need to go! Or if that would even fix it. I imagine it would be all the way to the end of Act I.
