I had that during the
Inquisitor fight in the githyanki creche
Two of my characters got ignored in the turn order without effects- I mean they already do hit like trucks and then, you just get ignored and they hit you twice.
But that was the only time. I'm not sure, if I might have overlooked an effect on the enemies side, that let them do another round of attacks or maybe my two characters had a debuff, I didn't see, so I'm not sure, if it was a bug.
