Thanks for this. I just had problems with the spider matriarch fight and thought I was imagining things. I stealth into the fight and opened it with one character. I then brought in the other three but when their turn came around for their first real turn none of them had any action points. (This was all with ranged attacks (bows and cantrips).
Giving the matriarch three free passes plus the diabolically bad camera cost me the fight. I don't recall the camera being this bad in the WD in EA but it really seems to be struggling with the narrow passages and the vertically.
