I have the exact same issue and I have also made a ticket. If I get an update or a fix I'll be sure to come back and update this... would love if you could do the same as this has essentially halted our playthrough of the game.
I absolutely will. Glad I am not the only one, though I don't wish it on anyone. I can continue to play, I just have to make my long rests quick and to the point so my jiggly parts don't show up on screen.
