Related: monk stunning fist is supposed to last until the end of the monk's next turn. However, it ends on the enemies next turn instead.

You do still get advantage for the rest of your strikes that turn, and any companions attacking before the enemies turn get that too. So its not completely worthless. However, it is much weaker than in 5e rules, and it is not clear that it is worth the ki compared to just using flurry every round.
