I'm also experiencing reproducible crashing since Hotfix 3. I cannot load most save games made after Hotfix 3. Trying to load a save game crashes to desktop. I can load save games from Hotfix 2.1 or earlier.
It's obviously rubbish for you that the game is repeatedly crashing, but perhaps positive for getting a fix that you're finding the crash reproducible. Can I just check whether you've submitted your savegame and details of your setup to Larian via the Report a Bug link at the top of the launcher? That might help them diagnose and resolve the problem.
