Obsidian is doing Avowed, copying Skyrim instead of working on a new NWN3.
Bioware is not the same since Dragon Age 1, EA destroyed the true Bioware, so Dragon Age 4 will be like DA3 or worser.

All the DA games were good games in my opinion, and they all sold quite well. So I fully expect DA4 to be a good game as well.
Witcher 3 is absolutely an RPG, and an excellent RPG at that.
Nothing is known about TES6 yet, so claiming it will be only first person is silly.
